Very tasty bean seasoning. I use often. Pound of chopped smoked brisket per lb of dry beans. Put in slow cooker with 7 cups of water and Williams. Set on low and check back 8 hours later. Add about a cup of your favorite BBQ sauce if you like. If you prefer them thicker mash some of the beans. I use a hand blender for few seconds and stir. Great beans for side or a meal.
excellent seasoning
I had been using this pinto bean seasoning for 5 years and it was not on the market anymore. I called the company and was told it was coming back. I was so happy that I could get my famous pinto bean seasoning back. This is the best, no other like it.
I have a smoker at my remote cabin and I was totally out of rubs. I used this as a rub on my brisket and it was wonderful!
