Very tasty bean seasoning. I use often. Pound of chopped smoked brisket per lb of dry beans. Put in slow cooker with 7 cups of water and Williams. Set on low and check back 8 hours later. Add about a cup of your favorite BBQ sauce if you like. If you prefer them thicker mash some of the beans. I use a hand blender for few seconds and stir. Great beans for side or a meal.
