Sausage Seasoning

I remember as a child some 40+ years ago, when my dad would make homemade breakfast pork or deer sausage he would ALWAYS use this seasoning! I’m so glad to remember his recipe for my now grown sons to do the same. It’s the BEST sausage flavor ever!

Expensive but good

I have used this many times and will continue to use it. My family loves it!

I have not made any sausage yet but will. If the sausage seasoning compares to the great products of Williams Food Products I've tried and used it will be receiving a trophy throughout my cooking competition. I am scheduled to cook competitively March 23 and will be reporting back. Brisket, Chicken, Spareribs.
