The package is enough to make 50 pounds of sausage. Once I figured out how much to use for the amount I was making, the rest was super easy. Made the sausage on a Friday. Cooked it for breakfast the next morning. Very good flavor and perfect amount of heat. My entire family enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.
